Injury pre-hab

When training, there is very little worse than getting an injury. Prehab can help to minimise the chances of injury. This could be through massage or specific exercises.

I always leave Kat's feeling a new person with working parts. Kat has achieved, in the time I've known her, what physiotherapists have failed to do for me over the past forty years.

Can't thank Kat at Sports, Life, Work enough. Really struggled with mobility and had a number of issues including glutes, hamstrings, back and calfs. Cambuslang Rugby Club

Cambuslang Rugby Club have been working with Kat and the team at Sports, Life, Work for a number of years and are delighted to be working with such an excellent sports therapist. They are a professional, knowledgeable and friendly team and are attentive in their approach to our player’s recovery and injury prevention.

Kat’s work with the team has been vital to the club’s promotion to BT West Division 1 for the 2017-18 season, she helped players stay injury free or helping them recover from any knocks/injuries. Always with the players best interest at the centre of this, which is important when you are a small squad for a long season.
