We work with 2 rugby teams where we do their pitch side first aid. We also do an injury clinic once a week at each club.
This is where movement patterns are analysed to see what is going on, such as squats and bench press. We also carry our gait analysis for walking and running.
Keeping the client in best condition to prevent injuries on the lead up to competitions or big events. We would use different therapy modalities to do this.
